Blackouts adds a trait that lets you start with a hand torch. I actually forget its name. The name might just be Hand Torch or something.

The purity of their trait list? The desire to run an alternate universe variation on Pitch Black? It was easy to do so I met the demand.

This is for the Blackouts mod. It only adds one trait. It's a 1-point trait that gives you a flashlight when you spawn.
