builds a water tower but its not buildable by the player so what the fuck is the point in this mod if i cant fucking build it?!?!

Can this be built on both the exterior and interior? It would look great perched on top of a purchased hydroponics residence in a city.

@PringlesMachoMan - I put it on hold for a bit because I didn't think anyone was waiting on it :) It might take a little longer than thought because the refineries, drills, and mines are interconnected imo so it's hard to just one. Also, I found a bug in the vanilla research (one of the research trees had an unused dead-end) and I'm trying to clean-up all the related research now. I'd say I'm about 75% done.
