You should probably move the Alien Controller, Houndeye, and Bullsquid model into a different folder. I don't really mind the Vortigaunt Slave texture replacement, it's kinda cool. But the Half-Life: Source NPCs for some reason get replaced and also the Alien Controller doesn't use the same model shown in the screenshots, the Bullsquid even has no texture, so it appears pink.
