No problem bro. I went through the same steps but way before the original modder comitted sudoku and took all his mods down. I even remember it was a reddit post and someone posted in the replies what JF said.

If your here because when you drop something on the ground it disappears and then you looked online and people were like "It's paw low loot use this patch" and that patch is a link to a dead mod so you did a google search and you came here. I can confirm that this patch does fix that issue.
