Could it be possible to add a slider to control the loss of spo2 upon unconcioussnes? it goes down so quickly as if they all immediatly stop breathing. Otherwise very nice mods our medics are thankfull

Copy, I think we have tried all of this, armour side just the mature military armour seems to cause the effect when before it did not with the same settings.

I have someone jumping on the discord to do a more detailed follow up about this since I am unavailable at this time.

Lower the AI damage thresholds
Disable the ACM Damage addon
Don't give enemy heavy armor
Use better ammo

Hello looking for some guidance on a issue that our guys are facing right now.

After one of the latest updates with ace and acm we have had a issue where heavily armored enemies went from going down in 2-4 shots to now taking over 30 rounds of 7.62 and living.

After extensive testing we found that only when we full unplug acm did they actually return to not being super tanks.

We have been trying to get it to work on and off with changing tons of settings with little to no success, the only thing we found is that with ace custom armour pen, it made things worse but, even with that off it still is a issue

If you know anything please tell me cause I am just confused at this point.

Will there be a Vietnam Era Version of this later down the road would really be big for our unit. we love the medicine stuff but since we are in vietnam we cant really use the AED stuff etc.

my mate found a wierd bug, maybe it was my bug too, whenever he opened the drongo air support mod console he was being knocked out only while using ACM

To be honest I stoped using the ACM stable and jump to the experimental version (about 2 days ago) and the error stopped appearing.

If y want, I'll try to reproduce it again in the stable version, but from what I see, some update happened yesterday, so it might not be possible to reproduce it.

I still get CBRN module error messages even when I disable all its options.

Getting error ACM incompatible with Chemical Warfare Plus, but worked before last update perfectly fine, wont let me enter a mission and boots me back to start screen, any tips? I would much prefer to keep both mods if possible.

Heart rate and pulse rate are not the same thing, a manual pulse check should always be done.

I am not sure if this is a issue but, it does not feel like it is intended.

So whenever we are trying to save someones life, we check their heart rate we and it is gone when we check a none injured part of their body, however when we attach a AED to them it will say that they have a heart rate of like 200-220 when we are almost 100% sure they dont have a heartrate.

This has caused us some trouble here and their and tbh it may just because I dont always attach all the AED stuff and that it needs to have all the info to make a good judgement or something but the biggest reason I think this is a bug is because we use the anaylze it seems to work perfectly and has helped us save people when those numbers are just so off to us.

i fixed the problem. The problem was that the medical system only recognized the ace bandage (basic) and not any other dressing or bandage

I have every single type of bandage and dressing in my inventory but I can't apply bandage to anyone. The Bandages/Fractures button is grey and doesn't show any options to bandage.

I find trying to do the full heal triggers don't work anymore with ACM, is there a way to have players be full healed upon RTB using a trigger - like is there a script that should work with it? I've tried everything.
