I actually didn't change any skill. The effect happens regardless.
What skills did you change? Might be something to do with the custom text function or maybe it's just failing to load the script.
Open the console (~) and type " set_setting debug_hotkeys_enabled 1 ". Now you can use PageUp and PageDown to add or remove biomass.
Reskins are usually easier to add, requiring you to just bring the reskin's Textures folder into the other mods' main folder. For anything else, it's case by case.
I see no reason for letting you change forms only to not give you the abilities until later. Would most likely make the janky full max health movement even more apparent, and take away from the stealth focus you wanted, so yeah.
This idea also feels more like "new levels" or "custom campaign" rather than "mod". Maybe not something on the level of "The Hive", but a couple of levels, focused on stealth, with a different skill progression, and a twist ending that forces you to break your way out.
Also, I don't build level good rn, so this suggestion would probably fit better in the Mod Suggestions' discussion so other ppl could try to make it, rather than in these comments.
TL;DR: Seems fun, more mass = more jank, maybe I'll look into it in the future. 7.8/10
Main Focus: Stealth
May combine with the 'No Hit' Mod for added difficulty.
Basically, courtesy of using the final ability in the main hub calls it a game; how about seeing how much damage the creature can do the the place before calling it a day, and leaving out the final elevator?
Or better yet, you ONLY start the game/mod with the ability to change forms, and through stealth and infiltration, you can unlock more abilities to make your monster form worth being in, and finally be able to carve a path out to the finish line (that darn final elevator caved in before our escape, and now we have to break through all "walls" before us (even those pesky ones that must be blown up)).
Carrion Monster: *sigh* I ONLY wanted to get outside. You'd think being one of these bipeds would be all it takes, but NO-O-O-o the freaking exit just HAD to cave in. *GRR* So close, yet so far away.
To enable them, type set_setting debug_hotkeys_enabled 1 in the console.
It's PageUp and PageDown to add and remove biomass.
Here's a link explaining more about console commands: Carrion Wiki [carrion.wiki.gg]
If not, you probably didn't load the mod on the mod loader.
