lowered weapon speed and dmg bonus for every tier
lowered armor bonus for every tier
lowered walker weapon siege dmg for every tier

all other values for quality stay the same (like +hp, gathering rate, durability, etc)

didnt have much options to test the new values, feedback very welcome
