So I made a whole new addon that includes all the half life 2 male citizens wearing the avo outfit, maybe its fixed in there? I dont know when the headshots were fine for me

The hitbox for this rebel model's head is positioned too low. When you shoot while aiming at the helmet, your bullets may not register because the hitbox is actually lower than the visual mode
