I just updated the collection & the preset again. Join Discord for more!

It might take a while to open the game, so usually I close ALL other applications so it does not crash (discord, other "useless" stuff and reopen what you need after rimworld loaded)
So close everything not necessary, run the game throught rimsort and dont click on anything, wait for the game to load ---------> PROFIT

Hope it helps

Also make sure you have at least 16gb RAM (My setup: I3 10100, GTX 1060 3GB 16 RAM, just for comparison, runs okay in my experience)

Use RimSort for launching the collection, just download it at:
https://github.com/RimSort/RimSort/releases
Just follow the initial setup, reading carefully (its easy), setup the basic game pathways
After that, click on "file option" --> Open modlist --> Select this file: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1HdBffsuHnwtpCIL_jX8sSKgnl6L5BeGO/view?usp=sharing
CONTINUES...

NOTE: I am using RimSort now instead of Rimpy (the latter being outdated). The guide on the collection page has been updated to reflect this. Join Discord to stay in the loop.
THIS IS A WORK-IN-PROGRESS UPDATE - Some mods need another patch or two before being fully integrated into 1.6.
I am no longer supporting 1.5.

:)
Edit: I found you via ya zomboid list and only recently started rimworld, so pretty happy to see you have a rimworld list too.

Some time has passed since the last official update, so here we are! You may have noticed that a few more mods were added occasionally - That's me making notes of mods I'd like to test out first. I feel confident about finally adding them to the general preset.
New Mods:
Alpha Vehicles: Early Cars
QSJ's Adaptive Armory Storage
Vanilla Food Variety Expanded
Vanilla Anomaly Expanded - Insanity
Red's Performance Fixes
Vanilla Christmas Expanded
Vanilla Skills Expanded (finally got reworked/fixed!)
Alpha Books
Prisoner Jumpsuits (replacing the outdated prisoner outfit)
Giant Imperial Turret (expansion for VFE: Imperials basically)
Architect Icons + Optional Icons

Does that mean I'm supposed to skip having fun?
No errors on startup, occasionally one on World generation (harmless, RNG mis-roll).
I suggest unsubscribing from ALL mods, then resubscribing to the collection. Lots of Vanilla Expanded mods have been updated and the Workshop is notorious for not applying these correctly.
