Yeah that's the best you could do in this case. They recently sued a company behind the game Palworld, because they used a similar system like the poke balls which is crazy

I think if Valve really wants to accept my grenades (which I doubt), they will do the copyright assessment themselves. On my part, I just tried to at least not use the trademark.

I know Nintendo is just waiting until this gets added so they can sue valve
