also I have high faith that Welina's design is nothing more than a stylistic choice rather than " "interesting" " intent. Artistic nudity is traditional after all.

Currently the use action for the on the ground umbralla is being replaced by "play with" when I'm trying to use it as Welina.
If you can't reproduce it, try turning on the year of the Catcoon, I noticed this issue around the time I was messing around with that event. (although I have turned the event off and even on new worlds the issue persists)

How much of the collar effects does Welina get tho? is there a percent on how much the numbers are reduced or is each collar unique on how much it punishes her for wearing it instead of the catcoons?
