there is an extra female high elf hero with no name. another popular mod adds prince yvarn.

@spade sumbul, it has to do with the last (and very recent) update : I used to play with this mod with no problems, but now I end with the same message as you mentionned. Other mods that worked perfectly before also refuse to work now.
I'd say "wait a bit for the modders to update their mods" (if they are still modding)

I wanted to play but encounter this error:
The following mods are causing the database to crash: !!!lyh_hero.pack

The first invalid database entry is:
emp_berndt_skill_1_21wh3_dlc24_effect_50_spell_mastery_hidden
in the table character_skill_level_to_effects_junctions_tables
within the pack file: !!!lyh_hero.pack

I'm not sure if this is due to translation or not since I'm not tech savvy. I've also raised this in the main mod :(

If the main mod updates, this translation mod work just fine. Only there might be some empty texts or some mistranslated things, but nothing to interfere your gameplay.

When you try to subscirbe this one its asks you to subscribe to the main mod as well.

Done 2 campaign with this mod on since 6.2 Running heavy modded game with 150+ mods with no issues. This has been added to mods that I consider core mods that I always keep on.

Are you sure this mod causing CTDs? I tried with several factions but none crashed. I have almost 300 mod active, most of the new lord and hero mods on the workshop including but none causing any problems so far.

Either you have one specific mod causing CTDs, or some of your mod files broken. Try unsubscribe-resubscrive, if that not work you don't have any option other than isolating the mods one by one.

Every faction. It's been an issue for me since before 6.2. Maybe some other mod is incompatible with this one.

You can easily find them yourself. You only need RPFM, once you open this translation with rpfm, find "!lyh_hero_land_units__.loc" file on left side. There is the character keys.

The text for effects_description_lyh_helhein_attack should be "Melee attack: %+n for Dwarf Melee Infantry units" and the text for effects_description_lyh_helhein_helhein should be "Passive ability: "Tenacity" for Dwarf Melee Infantry units"

Overall re-translation of whole mod with help of esteemed Moon's help. More aligned with lore and real person translation. (Old one was translated with chatgpt.)

@HazardHawk issue is not with translating or keeping up with updates, sometimes the total number of entries same with previous ones and because of that i'm not able to understand if there is any change at all. Sometimes even though new character added, total number of entries might be same or even reduced further down, thats create a false sense of "no change needed" for translator, but at the end new things added but some of the old things removed. That is the tedious work; the need of comparing translation and original mod on every update. Because most of the authors did not provide any change log, i have to look at the db tables one by one even though most of the time nothing was changed in the end.

Please pardon. I used to attempt to keep up with translations, but that is such a tedious nightmare depending upon someone else.

Clone the entire mod, translate it, upload it as the translation fully intact so it totally overrides the original loading later. When a new character is added, copy from the original the needed lines, add them where they belong in the translation version, add the translation changes, and you no longer lose characters removed either unless you want to remove them, but you will be responsible the for updating the kept characters in your translated version.

Most of the work done by iDon'tSpeakRussian! with its first release, after that i updated everytime new character added. Because of that, the most i did was part by part, every month or so i get to add one new character. You know what most tiring one? Sometimes the author remove or replace some characters or skills, in that time there is so many wrong translation and shifted rows. Because of that all the time the update required i need to compare between translation keys and original mod's keys.

The Daemon faction additional LLs are missing the names, everything else seems working as intended on 6.1. (I think that was happening before however)

1 part is my bad. I probably press its accidentally while skimming the file. But Tzeentch bull thing is main mod problem. I explained several comments before. Its not new at all. It's there for months already.

The only problem of about translation right now is new character not have any. I'm planning to look at it soon.

@AwDiddums, Yeah no. It's not intentional at all, and it's not caused by translation. In translation file everything seems right. About main file, i don't understand jackshit but i find some instances same with original Hotek and jagged horn leader Gronk. I don't know if it's the cause or not, like i said i don't understand anything about it. But the problem seems to be only in starting screen. His name displayed as intended in game and in battle.

Thank you for releasing this mod <3 I noticed that the Jagged-Horn Warherd beastman faction leader is named the same as The Forgebound Dark Elf faction leader: Hotek. Is this intentional/correct?

As far as I see there are no change at all and not crash at start up either. So i presume there is no need to update at all, but i will do fake update for it to be seen as updated.
