Good mod.
For those who say "go play another game" or "get over it", some of us are triggered by real life gore and games typically only give vague gore warnings, which might not be helpful if other kinds aren't upsetting to you. For me personally when im triggered im not just mildly upset im having flashbacks to trauma, paranoia, hallucinations, sometimes throwing up, feeling nauseous, insomnia for multiple days, and often self-harming. Just because you don't need a trigger warning doesn't mean everyone else doesn't, or that we can just "get over" our trauma, we have every right to be able to play games with accessibility aids we need, as yes, PTSD is a disability.
