i agree with both comment below me i dropped here to say an opinion but i guess all has been said is such a cool idea and spritework but is just not cooked enough if you know what i mean

the lack of a projectile/hitscan makes coins significantly harder to hit than they should in a game like starbound, and i REALLY do not like the limited crosshair range

I see. While i personally dislike it, as i feel like it encourages slower gameplay, being unresponsive, especially with coins always flying in a trajectory, let's respectfully agree to disagree. After all, it is just my opinion, and i understand it would be rude to ask for remaking mod for a one person. Good luck with your other projects.

@3-14 Because I wanted to create a different kind of shooting, I think the vanilla guns are kinda lame...
At first I tried to displace the reticle more as you shoot (kinda like in a first person shooter game) and the damages would depend on how far the reticle is from the main target, but I reworked it into the current one due to server latency problems.

Cool mod, why was decision of not using a proper projectile and reticle lagging behind the cursor made? It makes mod feels unresponsive and clunky. But concept is really cool, and sprite work is nice!

@Work_In_Progress Probably not because i forced myself to finish this weapon and i usually dont work on a mod for too long... Unless there is any major issue in vanilla gameplay.
But i might upload more stuff on the workshop in the future when i'll feel like it.

Can i ask, are you pnanning on improving your mod in future?
Mod is already pretty good, but it's still has a lot to improve.
