Strange, I don't understand why I can't place it then.

@Decado I believe it's only a heater present in one of the control panel units that coms from the habitat items. The rest is a range of scenery items from the base game or the dlc list.

Does it use any habitat items locked behind animal research?

@Decado I'm not entirely sure how to fix that as the blueprint was built in sandbox without much attention to what research might be needed. Apart from the dlc research the new world theme is also present in the control panels, you could place the blueprint and sandbox and get rid of any pieces that may be preventing you from building it or re-subscribing to the blueprint in case its a download error occuring.

I can't build this for some reason despite having all the DLC, and research of level 1+ for all of them. I have lots of money.
