the mod is installed manually, you have to subscribe until it downloads, then just open the game for a moment then close it, then go to \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\POSTAL2Complete\WorkshopContent\3202267593. and copy MP_FPArms.utx and paste it in the "textures" folder you must replace the previous texture file.

Hey the creator gave me instructions when he made it on how to download it, Im pretty sure you have to go in the files to find it but i dont want to make this comment long so problay look at his other things and look at their manual downloads and do the same but for this
