@Adamo2499 for the moment patch it to have the guardian angels option as "OFF" by default as suggestion

The mod has an issue with the guardian angels, creating a conflict, to solve it is enough to turn off the reskins of the guardian angels in the menu.,

The mod has its own sprite and anm2 file for the Isaac fight, which load after reworked foes and causes issues with this mod.

Eh, I just copied the anm2 files from the reworked foes mod. By the way, could you replace Cain, Maggy, Judas and Isaac with their "Pure" versions, like you did with Azazel?
