1.less npcs

All right, I set the Bystander Population down to 10 and kept Dismemberment on. What I got was an absolutely massive amount of military NPCs that for whatever reason actually didn't crash the game. It did slow my game down to about 1 FPS after around 20 or so minutes, though. I took a few screenshots [imgur.com], too.

Well the game wouldn't be as fun with less NPCs! If you want to you can turn down the bystander count, unless I had that disabled on some NPCs.

Unfortunately, there are just too many NPCs active at once. For me, the game crashes after killing a couple dozen or so. I guess the problem could be solved by turning off dismemberment, but the game's a bit boring without it.
