There's a console command for that, it's really easy. Just press ` (the key to the left of 1 on US QWERTY keyboards) and then type in nuke followed by the number of nukes you want to give.

Apparently the wiki says the exact bind for the console depends on keyboard layout, so this is the full list:
"Press Shift+2, §, ~, \, `, ", ^ or ALT+2+1, or Shift+3 to access the console (key varies based on keyboard layout)"

The Chinese issue is because some of your instantTextboxType does not specify a font. Normally, font="hoi_18mbs" should be added after each instantTextboxType, and you need to change your font="Arial12" to font="hoi_18mbs"
