@guns so then medics doing "good enough" and temporary trauma response is obsolete? the player medic has to personally address every ailement, lest they turn fatal? is there a little baby option that we can have to allow clinics to heal? XD or a submod somewhere? we really like the complexity and variety, but personal attention takes so long

i've actually had a crew member find out they were O- and immediately flush themself out the airlock without a divesuit because of medics that think like you. in fairness the alternative was to spend the rest of their life in a medically induced coma until we filled up the blood bank. Don't worry, we wouldn't take the organs til later. We're not sadists.

@ThePigeonHero This is intentional. Here is why:
Most of major conditions in this mod have mortal consequences if not treated in a *timed manner*. The items that *lengthen the time between damage and treatment* are moderately expensive and are not intended to be overused, as this worsens the playthrough experience

is the outpost doctor's inability to treat conditions in this mod an oversight, or intentional? we really want to run this mod, but without the support of the paid clinic, every engagement we've been in has turned invariably terminal.

I retract my previous overly aggressive remarks and apologize, but I still insist that the multiple scalpel cannot replace the original organ-cutting knife. Also, currently every organ cut has to be performed twice to actually obtain the organ; otherwise it will only show the “removed” affliction.

@guns there is a issue if a persons gets deheaded you cant put it back on. even if they are alive from "miracle worker" talent. fix please

My issue has been fixed, ensure the host is running LUA dedicated server and it should work.

Don't know if anyone else ever thought of that, or if such thing has been reported already, but, theoretically, if a player spawns with the "O-" type blood (arguably the best one, in short), you can pretty much get infinite amount of zero minus by draining him dry, and then pumping any other type of blood (from which he would get shock, yes, but its far from being extremely lethal), if you start draining his blood again it would be "O-", so you can transform every other blood/empty bag into zero minus.

Dunno if this is intended, or, as I said earlier, if already reported, but, well, the info's here. :PuroAmazed:

Я не понимаю почему у меня в кооп игре не работает нейротраума , я не могу взять анализ крови и применить бинты, на конфликт модов это не похоже т.к я пробовал и без модов только с нейротраумой и самое интересное нейротраума и все моды в моей сборке работают отлично в соло игре но не в коопе

do you think that their cracked skulls coming from my crowbar plays into the NPC's urge to take out our medic? normally they're unconscious by the time the medic gets there and once they get patched and back up they seem to get pissed at him for some reason.

most likely, scanners give a tiny amount of radiation poisoning when using them, it's harmless if you use it for less than a couple minutes but the npcs like seeing, this mother fucker just gave me radiation poisoning and start throwing hands

its normally off because if an npc gets merked for some reason and you try to help and deal microscopic damage to fix something they will hunt you down because they are stupid

Any chance you could make taking outpost NPC blood a crime? me friends found out you can take 2 bags of blood and after a little while they pass out. at this point you can drag them away steal from them and harvest their organs for free. seems a little broken

hey guys is it normal that when i do any organ transplant i dont get the organs that i take from someone for the first time or is it bugged cuz i accidently take the wrong organ and i cant put it back cuz i didnt get it to my inventory

Кхм, в общем, хотел спросить, а можно ли как-то настроить мод так, чтобы боты не получали травм и вообще игнорировали большую часть механик этого мода? Мне бы не хотелось терять бота только потому что он тупой и не застраховался от смерти

И влияют ли хоть как-то ванильные настройки кампании в виде модификаторов урона, хп персонажей и в особенности параметр "враждебность мира" на этот мод?

Классный мод, особенно если играть с модами Barotraumatic и EuropaWar, вероятность, что ты уйдешь с первой локации равна 0.01%, то есть, это будет удачей, если ты сможешь добраться до следующей локации и при это выполнить хотя бы 50% всех миссий не умерев
И если играете с EW, то говорю сразу, НЕ БЕРИТЕ С САМОГО СТАРТА КАМПАНИИ МИССИЮ С МУСОРЩИКОМ, ВЫ УМРЕТЕ, ОНО ТОГО НЕ СТОИТ, ЭТО ПРОСТО САМОУБИЙСТВО

you have to use it on different limbs to get different organs while on extraction mode
you do the surgery to open the ribcage and then use the mp scalpel on the limb (i think the scalpel itself says?) a certain arm or leg for lungs, kidneys, heart, etc

I don't really understand how to use the multipurpose scalpel for organ extraction. At this point, I'm only able to extract livers, and never anything else. What am I supposed to do t get any other organ?

OK found out the robotrauma remake somehow cause the medical scanner disappear, ill do more test to see if it is actually robotrauma remake or other mod's fault

Have any of you ever encountered a situation where the surgical procedure was followed but the organ failed to be removed? I'm not sure what caused such an issue.

Saline increases blood pressure but in neurotrauma its kinda just a secondary effect, ringers solution or actual blood bags work infinitely better, saline is more for introducing blood acidity to counteract alkalosis

@Valkyrie as a medically interested (Not trained) person. Blood and saline is different, realistically you probably replaced too much of his blood with saline, leading to salt poisoning and organ failure. which is why saline is usually used for primarily dehydrated people irl. Don't take this as medical advice tho, this is just from what i've heard and seen online.

crew mate "donated" 2 bags of blood. he died of neurotrauma. I assumed that he needed saline but that was incorrect. Is this an oversight? Why would give too bags of blood kill a person when they get saline? Why would Mannitol be the treatment that would have helped? Seems un-intuitive.

Author please see this! Version A.1.14.6 broke something, after update game will crash in sub editor as soon as i try to open any sub, crash happens only if i have Neurotrauma enabled in mod list. If i remove NT game will not crash and will work fine. Tried to reinstall mod multipal times it dosent help. My LUA is working fine. PLEASE FIX.

the needle is a temporary treatment
it applies "needle" effect, which sets pneumothorax to 5%
once the needle runs out, pneumothorax increases again

Balloon aorta‌ (i.e., when treated with an endovasc balloon for t_arterial cut but before a medstent is placed) appears to trigger gangrene at a shockingly fast rate—healthUI visible limb gangrene severe enough to necessitate amputation can develop in roughly 40 seconds. I guess this is a bug?

removing surgeons starting kit is a little absurd to me, i dont feel this mod needed to be more punishing. thats essential equipment that becomes really difficult to find
