terrible mod incompatible with everything cuz instead of changing one line of text it replaces entire defines file and makes everything incompatible

Facts bro, was playing a run and I was KICKING Italy's butt, so was France, cus I had trucks for the supply hubs, then they kicked me, lost my trucks helping them and got OBLITERATED.
