If valve allowed it to have the Turret voice from portal as a substitute for pyro's voicelines this thing would be worth a fortune.

If you're able to use SFM, you can put this on the pyro, and then put a hat on the model. If you made this accordingly to the pyro's general head size, a hat should work.
