So this works more for an offensive ninja that is more likely to get into a fight? Works for me.

In the shinobi store I just added more things like pants and qi ninjas (which are now used by some of them and it makes sense for them to sell them) I even very slightly increased the probability that they will sell the rare things even now they can correctly sell the blueprint of fogmask although it is very very rare

This looks great, I just wish it didn't touch the Shinobi Thieves' vendor lists and armor loadouts except to add the new vest. I've already made my own changes to those and it took forever to get it the way I want it. There's a lot to be said for mods that just do one single thing only, it makes it a lot easier for the player to mix and match to suit their own playstyle.
