That would be really great, but unfortunately you can't change the color of the interior.
With the QoLmod you can paint some things that are not possible in the standard game, but not parts that belong to the body, such as the dashboard, the carpet or parts of the side panels.

Can I make a request for a future addition to the workshop, regarding a factory color swap for the interior? The 77-79 Devilles in real life had a rare green-on green-on green palette. The exterior was, "Black watch Green Metallic", 49 for 1979 (H=184 S=20 L=22; #2e393a), the carpet and vinyl were hunter green, as well as the leather seats & steering wheel were hunter green. There is also a 1980 version of black watch green, but it's not as sharp and a lighter color. Even if you want to only think about it, I will take that answer as well, but thank you regardless.
