the model is broken and glitched i don't think its a mod conflict either the only way the model looks somewhat like the whaleman is on the test level but the bigger ones are still messed up on any other level its just a big blob of spikes.

All I can say is to verify you game files through the steam menu or/and clear your cache files from you documents/wolfire/overgrowth/ModsDataCache. and delete all the is in the whaleman folder.
