A-i dont wanna redo the models at this point/tried of porting same models B-i moved from using sfm to blender/studio paint inorder to focus more on becoming an artist C-its painful as hell. i got like 40 models to rename/fix rigs would you think any sane man would waste their time renaming all the bones of models. if the models work as fine as they should be then i wouldnt go back to them and fix them. i know it sucks for you but i really cant

shape keys or "match the emotions" are SUPER waste of time when shape bones exist within the model. i already stated that before. it would massive time waster and trying to learn shape keys just to make models have shape keys when they already have one. i find shape bones more fun and unlimited freedom with them so thats also major part of why i didnt add shape keys. for the easy to pose comment. yea i see where you coming from. 3 and now you pretty much, said or suggest that i should rename the bones or fix the rig which what i do now with recent models i port but for these i wont for number of reasons.

it would me more easy to pose everyting.
or it could match with the "emotions" thing like happy small,happy big,etc

hmmm, iam working on fixing megumi's model. it might be something with verts or textures fighting eachother. i will look into that

model of gojo shibuya arc? isnt that just his normal clothes? or am i mistaken?. on the sukuna with megumi part i could do that or you could do that by replacing face materials by using $basetexture. suprisingly some faces can be changed without any problems iirc. i will try to do sukuna with megumi one day im not in the shape to port anything or going back to port jjk models rn. i guess this is what they call burn out
