You need the easy bonemerge tool. Spawn the cosmetic and Engineer's ragdoll.

Right click on the Engineer with the Easy Bonemerge tool and left click on the effect right, and it should bonemerge to his model.

how can I use this? I don't know how to use it, it doesn't appear as a selectable character
