What is the relationship between it and the achievement system? If I disable it from the in-game options before unlocking an achievement, will I still be able to complete the achievement normally? Or do I need to restart the game or unsubscribe from it?

jump king just erased all my progress, i was in the ice area above church. is there a way to use this without disabling ahcievements?

Have you saved the custom bindings with the Save button?

It's not working for me. Am I doing something wrong? Buttons are bound. Tried using default bindings or custom, neither works.

how does this work with achievments? in jump king plus you could disable this in the options when you were done and wanted to do normal runs again for speedruns/achievments but I guess I would have to unsubcribe the mod now?

You can bind it in-game in:
Options > In-game > Savestates Bind Options

The default keys are:
Insert (Ins) for saving position
Home for loading position
