Yep, that's why its split into 4 pieces, so you can pick and chose between them. When onyl wear 3 of the 4, spy still looks like spy. Maybe Valve will make that choice of three for the player, but I wanted to give everyone the pick and chose option.

I think, if the spy is wearing the full set, he'll lost his identity, like everybody else need to think twice to realize it's a spy wearing devil cosmetic. Just sayin my opinion.

I have no experience creating any cosmetics, but if it were possible I would try to make the jacket and the wings one single cosmetic. This set looks astounding though and I can't believe that something like this hasn't been seriously thought about yet.
