i like the idea but i hate the starting countries, so i usually just change around the border with cheats at the start

I love this mod, but only thing I'd reduce is the amount of interests you can declare. Either make it through research or decisions, or even increase limit to make it like maybe 3 or 4 declared interests. I know it should be competitive but bordergore you get is painful to watch, especially if all nations fight for India and China. Also war is even more painful as GPs will always intervene in wars... Also some small issues with colonising Caucassia, being claimed by the North Asia when it's colonisable. Also maybe remove the armies completely, so each nation has to build up army, as well with industry, tho maybe make capital state have one of each factory pre built.

regarding russia, you could put it as muscavy or smthing instead, or only give them teh european parts

This is super fun! I was wondering if you could make a version where the countries are spread out across the world a la civ? It would be super cool to start small anywhere in the world instead of just Europe.

If you want starting nation small I would recommend to split germany into the south and north and for france the same, also independent scotland

how did you learn to edit the map? i want to make a superstate mod but i tried once and it never worked always gave me errors.

wish this was part of base game i like idea of some alt history where rest of world wasn’t reached yet. would love to reach asia and realize its owned by some asian hegemony and stretches across australia to northern russia or something. and they want some more land. i just like playing small to begin with but hate you couldn’t really become a major nation as a nondescript one. This mod seems really interesting in scratching some itches!

Regarding Russia, it's not there just as I wanted to keep the starting nations small, I may add some of it in the future. And yes, some of the countries are not historic, it's just for fun.

Ukraine is a mistake in this map. Wiki: "The Bolsheviks consolidated control over much of the former empire and established the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic, which became a constituent republic of the Soviet Union when it was formed in 1922." .. instead this should be Russia or Rus. "The East Slavs emerged as a recognised group in Europe between the 3rd and 8th centuries CE. The first East Slavic state, Kievan Rus', arose in the 9th century."
