This is amazing.
The only thing that could make this better is if the blocks were grouped in the menu (would make building with them simpler) and if there was better symetry compatibility (Making it so that it swaps right-left versions so it matches when placed with symetry)
Sorry if it's a lot to ask, I have no idea how difficult it would be.

I solved the server problem. Not sure what did it but after I had to do a server reset the blocks started showing up.

mmm, could maybe use fitting conveyors so we could place turrets or connectors onto the created shapes.

I haven’t played on servers and I don’t know what settings are needed there. I don’t think that the blueprints in the collector and the progression tree have any influence on this; in single-player survival with progression enabled, everything works fine.

Is this mod compatible with servers? I tried loading it up on a Nitrado server and even tried disabling progression but the blocks still won't show up in the menu.

I need a mod that makes large grid work with small grid blocks and vice versa

Сделал блоки на мелкую сетку, крафтятся из 1 стальной пластины (лоды стадий строительства на 5,10,20м). Останется немного с текстурами поработать и думаю всё с этим модом)/
I made blocks on a fine grid, crafted from 1 steel plate (blocks of construction stages at 5,10,20m). All that remains is to work a little with textures and I think that’s all with this mod)

@ZEN_2255 I really don't think Keane would even be interested in learning to program for Space Engineers and in any case, they're on tour from next month to the end of September. So yeah, too busy :steammocking:

Added 3 stages of construction and boats to them, at a distance of 25/50/100 m. Slightly moved the too stretched textures (in the process)

I’ll finish the construction stages, and then I’ll try it on a small grid. There, in theory, just multiply the size by 0.2 and adjust the anchor points

I can easily do 2 - 3 stages of construction and a couple of LOD for them. It would be nice if the game developers added popular block assemblies to the game in their own unified style)
2 - 3 стадии строительства и пару лодов к ним я вполне могу сделать. Хорошо было бы, чтобы разработчики игры, популярные сборки блоков, добавляли в игру в своем, едином стиле)

@Malachoza the problem is that there will always be some missing shape. Really the only sollution would be to have a draggable vertex style system like Blender has for instance, so that you could create custom shapes for your specific needs. The problem would be balancing this for survival, deformation, etc

I would say, we need WAY more of this type of stuff... simple as it is, this should be base game.

Someone needs to compile a list of EVERY possible angled armor block and then figure out how to make a series of mods to make the transitions between all those combinations a thing for both large and small grids, with names and block groupings that make the mods easy to use.

I don't add a lot of armor mod but yours is making the other one I have complete xD (well I don't count the big armor mod as a real one as it's more for performance :p)
