I think the New Sirens may have broken it. If you hover over the new siren modded ones stop working.

Please turn down the siren sound I had to turn the siren sound in game down to 25% just to keep from going death instantly

@IIIIIIIIIII we said that alot dev too ,siren mods and els mods all stopped work from in game bug we can not do any thing
