I think it would be cooler to bring back the ankh revive system from hw1. Maybe the ankhs are like keys but with a exponential cost increase with a maximum of 3 ankhs purchased in town although it would take a lot of time to develop this idea

Not a bad idea. I figured if you'd revive enough the loss of gold and ore would make the run useless anyways, but I might make a new mod with only one revive

would have loved for this one to work for 1 death only. but sadly it doesn't work for me. cause this game solo can be rough and sadly there is no solo death system.
