это странно, должна быть, если её нет,то можете просто вырезать ее из steam/steamapps/workshop/content/ и перенести в папку maps где сама игра

Yes, you are absolutely right, I did it with reference to the battle for the village of Komsomolskoye - the last major battle of the Second Chechen War
