Been waiting for a mod like this forever. It works great with Kaizo and does indeed activate if you kill her.

Tried it again and yeah Tora need to be alive otherwise this mod WILL not work.

So i killed Tora brought her body to the shek and even import the save but the camp still belongs to the band of bones?

DLing, will try to test it soon. I would suggest doing this for Ghost and Flying Bull as well. perhaps restore the ruins and make one able to be bought by the player in each location to create a series of bases to operate from.
