I'd take this over plaid potshotter any day, love the colors and the base you used really gave it a good composition imo, the plaid being orientation locked is good, love it!

Warpaint tools are very restrictive with what we can do with them. Or rather there are no warpaint tools at all. People who create skins can only take old warpaints and just edit them.

Or they can implement custom code. But it takes a lot of time (if you want a completely custom skin you have to re-code every warpaintable weapon) and Valve doesn't add those into the game.

So to answer your question, technically, I can edit the scattergun to make it look different, but it will not be worth it
