Any plans for v67 update? (even though it's in Beta)

Great mod, but it doesn't seem to be working for everything listed. Is it just me? or does anyone else have the same issue?
IAmLiterallyRevyFromBlackLagoon 10 Jul, 2024 @ 10:01pm
is this going to be updated soonish whenever you have the time?

OG spoilage, thank you

UPDATED for v66 as far as i can tell v66 does not work with new saves at all. So start a new game if you want to play on v66.
This mod will work on any existing saves you have (fresh v66 or old v65) just don't try to update an old v65 to v66 otherwise it crashes (not mod related)

Any idea if this is compatible with v66?

Grain storage can last a long time. Grain Silos are a thing for this very reason - that and you harvest a ton of it irl.

Grain can naturally last a long time when stored in the right conditions which is what I want. I want 10k grain on backup for when I make drinks for my army. I want it to last until Im ready to use

Grain spoilage is extremely generous in this game, you shouldn't be storing much of it anyhow as you would be better turning it into alcohol or bread when need be
But overall, this mod is nice, though I am more than able to deal with the spoilage by myself, it's good when people have to be learning the ropes
Groundwalker  [author] 29 Jan, 2024 @ 2:39pm
I won't be modifying Grain as I looked it up at 25% per year (12.5% when stored) it is better than real life. (grain supposedly lasts 6 months and only a year after being frozen)

Thanks for the mod! Any chance you want to consider reduce spoil rate for wheat?

I still really struggle getting above 300 plebians even with this mod. No idea how people are able to do it with spoilage on stone and things especially with it tuned up so high in the base game. I could accept 1% spoilage on all non perishables but that isn't the goal of this mod.

By that logic pottery gets damaged from things falling on or in transit, Clay dries out and needs to be rehydrated and agitated, cut stone can get chipped and damaged, alcohol spoils thats why they put sulphides in wine. Metal rusts etc.

Whoops I missed adjusting bows but lets just say bows need to be re-strung every couple of years. They spoil at 12% per year so not too bad anyway - somewhat realistic.
