What base did you use? We should also see the paint tool (like the actual warpaint mapped out on the default slate)

too bright, i adore this but you need to tweak the saturation a bit

I think de-saturizing the white and team colour slightly will make it less bright. I also think keeping the wood used for red would look great on the blu variant as well.
