@NicyRaider yes this is only craftable. To increase your tailoring skills you need to repair or add patching to your clothes. You can also find and watch VHS tapes about tailoring. Other than that in a future update I might make it spawnable in the world.

is it only craftable? i like over powered items( i use the alien pulse rifle and some other little ones) but i prefer to find it somewhere even if it is very rare! i like the hunt for the best loot. so i even don't want to debug it just to have it. and for now i haven't figured out how to increase my taylring skill so it will be essential for me( because i'm some kind of stupid) to find one. and yes i got nearly 2k houres playtime but not figured out how tayloring works...

Best Bag in the game. %99 weight reduction is good for longer trips.
