I couldn't figure out why I wasn't seeing Dark Elves as an option, but it turns out I'm just dumb and needed to enable them. Thanks for the mod! Спасибо!

Does this mod add dark elven civilizations—the underground settlements—through world generation as well or only a playable dark elven character?

Agreed... and I appreciate that you didn't go with dark elves which had their skin magically invert colour when their alignment did.
