@Philipson it should be working, do you use a lot of other mods? There might be something conflicting with it. I've never had anyone say it hasn't worked yet.

2 points is absolutely fair. It's a gambling trait really. If you find the book on your own before the power goes out... You'll wish you had those extra 2 points... If the power goes & you don't have the book, you'll wish you traded those 2 points. Good Job Ocular!

Lmao, 8 is a lot ^^

my reasoning for 2 points is because it's a one time use item that can be found quickly sometimes. Those 2 points you'll never get back which can hinder your build a little.
