only the files you modified, so the DDS, your .mdls, your .mtls, ui renders and the core image_00.tga, mod.lua, workshop_preview.jpg and finally the workshop_fileid.txt that is automatically generated when your first upload a mod, and allows you to update to the same mod page without reuploading

what files to I need to keep? obviously the .dds

Just about to do this myself after you comment on the original mod. One thing - when uploading a reskin you only need the new files. If you can please remove the original model, mesh and texture files from this version that would be good. Otherwise they overwrite the original PGA files. Hope that makes sense.
