Only 1 color ✓
A simple effect, not too Halloweeny or Christmasy ✓
Kinda subdued, not a saturated, oversized mess ✓
Looks like it'd pair well with the other Space effects (Orbiting Planets, Green Black Hole, Nebula, etc...) ✓

This is a win in my book. Upvoted.
