bad promos. but well the model looks so good even on bad promos. also there no better workshop alice model so this one is the best one

I'd have to look into what animations are required for it and right now I don't have time for that. I wrote my compile code from scratch, so it's unsurprising that it's not perfect.

Was worth a shot since most of my working Touhou models came from gmod. Usualy the NPC models work in most games.

Well it's compiled using the general Female animations for gmod. I don't know why it would be missing some in DM, but that's something I'm probably not going to fix because this isn't made for DM anyway. Sorry. I'm guessing it would just take a recompile with a different set of animations to fix that issue.

I tried this Model in HL2DM, had an issue with no walking / running animation. Everything else worked fine. Not sure if this is the same issue being reported about the legs.

No worries, it was just a heads-up if you were interested in knowing what I'm up to!
Many people had been asking for more Touhou models but I'm going to find some different ones before I start on doing more of them. I'm at least done using Nigamon's models for sure.

I'm new to weighting/rigging. You shouldn't expect greatness.
Not to mention these models have a lot of things that make them even harder to rig than most (*cough* dual-tiered skirts, arm covers, collar *cough*)

I'm going to move onto other type of models which will probably turn out a bit better for my next projects. Porting MMD models just isn't easy, and Nigamon's models are like a step above that.

You can try and remove that line and see if it fixes it for you, but since it's working fine for me I don't think that could be the issue.

Hmm, that's weird...
It shouldn't be a problem with the model itself looking at the files.

It's probably a problem on my end, but I'm not sure if it is nor what's causing the problem.

My only suspicion is that the ";" in "player_manager.AddValidModel( "Alice Margatroid", "models/player/alice/alice.mdl" );" is causing it since looking at other playermodel .lua files they don't have it.

Alright, the missing textures are fixed now, but it still doesn't work on Gmod legs.

My guess is the Gmod Legs are broken because the model and ragdoll differ. I'll see if making them duplicates fixes that and that should be released within about an hour.

I'll fix the eye texture issue later today, thanks for letting me know of that. As for the leg thing, I'm not sure why it doesn't work for you because that always works fine for me. I'll try to fix that, but I'm not sure what the problem is.

Also an issue shared with both Reimu and Alice models is that when you use the GMod legs addon and look downwards, it shows an error instead of your model's legs. None of my other (custom) playermodels are having this problem, so there must be something wrong somewhere-
