Great mod one improvement I would suggest: the skin tone of the arms does not match the skin color of his head

Update:

- No more perk icon duplication on mod reloads
- Properly initialized the starting time of the first Junkyard Dog-dive
- Moved the needed pics/icons to the UI folder to eliminate some warnings
- Added psycho voice response

Generally I like to avoid breaking canon (as much as I can). Nevertheless, I already have had some ideas, but for that I believe I need to wait for v1.5. (Don't want to spoiler anything here, because I like surprises, and also if I cannot do it or do it later only, it would disappoint ... )
