Actually a good use of this mod is that instead of replacing police cars, why not replace the military humvees and army trucks. Makes sense since military checkpoints are under combine control after the war.

The models your looking for are models/props_street/police_barricade. There are like 6 different models for it though, each one are different lengths so you might have to experiment with other combine props to make it fit.

I thought about this, but I can't find them in the game files. If you tell me the name of this model in the files, I will do it. But it will be a force field

This may be a stupid idea but what if you replaced those police fence barricades in the third image with the combine barricades?
