@Swanky The Armour Quirk for Snowblind is the unique quirk for that variant, it should contain weapon quirks as well as the hero Armour. I'll be renaming the quirk in v2.0 to “Snowblind Hero”. Yeah the IK issue is a known bug I've not been able to resolve with YAMLs IK system you can disable it in the mod options and it will resolve the problem.

Mod Options > Yet Another Mech Lab > Miscellaneous - In Game > Inverse Kinematics

Hey, wanted to let you know about the Bruin - the Bruin 2 has a unique quirk to it while the hero variant only has the armor quirk. Almost looks like they were both meant for the hero.
Also, its shin armor likes to bend in weird ways sometimes when it stands around.

@Swanky Thanks for downloading :). The Icon issues will be resolved for version 2.0 as well as some much needed updates for the Eyrie/Gyr Falcon :)

Been using this for a fresh run, no real issues so far. I like the look of the mechs, Mastodon and Turkina are prob my favs.
One minor thing that has popped up ever since the Clans invaded and the mech is spawning - the Gyr-STD is listed as 55 tons but is using the light mech icon. Looks really cool though.

@Tyr Lion No problem, I've been posting WIPs on my Ko-Fi page of upcoming mechs (Link on the main page), sadly I've shelved one of them I wasn't too happy with how it looked in certain angles. And Yes! I do intend to make more CGB mechs, Karhu, Grizzly, Bear Cub and maybe Sun Bear are the ones I'm interested in creating. :)

As for any future mechs - any hints? Can we hope for more Ghost Bear mechs? Or any other Clan mechs?

@Tyr Lion Hi thanks for downloading, glad you're enjoying the Brian Cache :). As for the Bruin it's a bug I've not been able to track down, it's something to do with YAML IK setting, if you're running Mod Options you can disable IK and it will solve the leg glitch.

For some reason the Bruin (Snowblind) seems to have one knee constantly bent no matter if it's standing or walking or is in mechbay onboard the Leopard..
I've got Mech Rescale Enabled in YAML but nothing else that could affect mech size (plus I think it's more of a skeleton issue. No other mech has this issue.
The mech is still playable and it's hardly noticeable in FPS view but if you go third person it's pretty distracting xD

Change the thumbnail to put the Turkina at the front, you'll get a LOT more downloads.

@JPJMotes Thanks for the bug report. I'm getting reports of the same issue with the Vanilla version of the mod. I think I've located the error though but right now I'm a little busy with new years celebrations. As for the view modes I'm not sure theirs anything I can do on my end to be honest, I don't deal with any code aspects of the game I just add models and animations.

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem. When a firemoth gets spawned in and is running around there is a fairly high chance of me getting a "FatalError!" ctd. Sometimes I get lucky after running these missions several times and the firemoth(s) running about don't cause the ctd, but usually they do and the more firemoths there are the greater the chance. Disabling the mod allows me to run the same missions with no problem, since the firemoth isn't spawning in. I'm not sure why the firemoth is so problematic. Sidenote and possibly unrelated, the firemoth also doesn't register on the different sight modes except as if it were part of the background. No big battlemech shaped thermal unlike the other battlemechs.

I've been playing with these for months now and I really love the variety they add. Your art style fits in well with the other mechs and they even come with some incredible custom cockpits :steamthumbsup:
