@ArchilyteI, I think I've finally figured out what's going on. Up to now, I've been using the Mod Manager mod and uploading mod translations to steam. At the same time, there was no such tab as in your screenshot. However, as soon as I turned off the "Mod Manager", that is, switch to the vanilla version of Rimworld, this tab with a tag selection appeared. Thank you so much for your help!

@Archilyte, I've checked it now, but I haven't found anything similar( There is only a function to "update" or "download" the mod, but there is no function to select a tag for translation or anything like that. Previously, I thought that such a tag could be written in the "About" file before uploading the translation to the workshop, but it seems that this option is not provided either.
In fact, I would really like to resolve this issue so that my translations do not interfere with people looking for ordinary mods, but so far nothing is coming out...
