Is this still needed for creating a server with Tons of mods? or has Keen fixed it since 2015?

Interesting stuff about the whole Organize/Organise spelling http://grammarist.com/spelling/organise-organize/

Also very kickass mod! will be very helpful ^_^ thank you

Is there a mod that extends the G menu? I have so many mods that it cant scroll any further to see more items.
Officer SkidMark 13 Oct, 2014 @ 11:46am
adding a thumb is easy just pu a jpeg image named Thumb into your mod folder not in any subfloder just the organization mod folder and have a picture of the G-menu with your stuff and put some text in saying "Mod Organisation". and ok US is weird for their ingish :P
Dragon-Raptor  [author] 13 Oct, 2014 @ 10:53am
@ Killer96:
What would you suggest for a thumbnail? Seriously, I can't think of something suitable. Besides, not sure how to add one for this kind of mod (I can do one's for worlds fine)

The title: it's in English English. Not US English ;)
Officer SkidMark 12 Oct, 2014 @ 5:04pm
and you need a thumb.jpg file

Dragon-Raptor  [author] 5 Oct, 2014 @ 9:32am
@Killer96:
Just spotted that extra block. Just started updating now ;)
Officer SkidMark 5 Oct, 2014 @ 7:57am
so you should update this
Officer SkidMark 5 Oct, 2014 @ 7:57am
dragon my converor mod has been updated with all my connectors in it with a new block as well
Dragon-Raptor  [author] 24 Sep, 2014 @ 10:28am
@Meziti:
Yeah, I've played arounding with adding rows too. Thing is... it looks bad and hacked, in my eyes.

I may continue this with a modded G Menu. Depends on what comes up in the next patch or two...
Twm 23 Sep, 2014 @ 2:23am
i added rows manually by making some changes to the space engineers files. Simply adding more rows and made it 4 items wider
Netts 15 Sep, 2014 @ 4:54am
Hey thanks alot for the G-menu expansion link! Finally I can have all the mods that I want ^^ Also I like your mod idea!
Dragon-Raptor  [author] 14 Sep, 2014 @ 10:32am
@[TheUlt.Robber]:
There is a mod, of sorts. It's not a workshop one, as it requires changing one of the core game files. Forum Link [forums.keenswh.com]

This mod uses the vanilla G-Menu. Now, it 'should' still work fine with the expansion above, but as I've not used the expansion...I can't say one way or another.
Netts 13 Sep, 2014 @ 11:11am
I have had problems if I have too many mods some doesn't appear, does this mod add more spaces or is there a mod that does it?
Kaelum 12 Sep, 2014 @ 12:48pm
I mean a header for each section, like "Interior" and all the interior blocks below it.
landliebe38 12 Sep, 2014 @ 12:47pm
Please please... if you can open up the G Menu for unlimited mods, i mean that all mods that being instaled also apear in the G menu combine with this mod you arlready being made.... Thanks at all for your modding(Codeing) work....
Dragon-Raptor  [author] 12 Sep, 2014 @ 12:17pm
@Kaelum:
If you mean the title that appears when you hover your mouse over a block in the menu, sorry, but that has to be defined in the actual mod itself as far as I know. I don't want to be accused of plaguerising someone else's hard work. I'm purely organising them.
Kaelum 12 Sep, 2014 @ 12:12pm
Nice update! Do you think you could add titles to the sections or something?
Dragon-Raptor  [author] 12 Sep, 2014 @ 11:59am
Updated the mod to account for the latest patch. See changelog/forum post for details.
Sausage 12 Sep, 2014 @ 7:04am
I'm kinda surprised KEEN hasn't given us G menu tabs, (mods/Keen), and/or let us drag items around the g menu to suit our taste/purpose. This is a really welcome mod, ty.
Dragon-Raptor  [author] 8 Sep, 2014 @ 11:05am
Updated the mod to include the additional blast door blocks by Harag, and to correct a small oversight on my part! (Whoops!) Mega Container and Vas's Small Refinery should now work correctly. Shifted a few other bits to make room for the blast door corners (button panel, Passenger Seat and DeadWeight4U's medical stuff, plus a couple others)
Senatic 8 Sep, 2014 @ 3:24am
Thank god, been looking for something like this for a while. Amazing work man, now I can finally find what I'm looking for in this mess of a G menu.
JayMole77 7 Sep, 2014 @ 3:02pm
Well all the items in the G Menu have a name, surely there has to be a way of making the G Menu alphabetisable in ascending or descending order, Keen could prefix their ingame base featured stuff with a KSE so that all their stuff stays together, and the mods would then take up spaces around it. They need to add a tabs system too but this would be a start, also they need to increase the default blocks available since they added the mods system we're running out of spaces and need to add another mod to add more block spaces....
76561198026556978 7 Sep, 2014 @ 2:52pm
I could not agree more Tabs would be a problem with The default way in place still, But on the other hand it gives Keen more reason to rewrite the way block postions are handled all together.
Dragon-Raptor  [author] 7 Sep, 2014 @ 4:40am
@Joseph51494:
Sadly each block is based on a X,Y grid, so you'd have to be able to rewrite the base file on the fly (or have a version saved for each world...) Nice idea, but I'm no coder either. Just a guy with a text editor (and a OCD complex...)

@5hadowkilla:
Well, we've still got 70-odd slots left to use ;) Tabs would be useful, but would only give us more slots to use. Mods would, I believe, still drop in the default way.
76561198026556978 7 Sep, 2014 @ 2:23am
Fine work, Lets hope Keen Gives us Tabs soon so this wont be needed to much longer.
Joseph Sneed 7 Sep, 2014 @ 1:01am
I am no modder but I would think if it was possible that being able to move them by drag and drop would work best.
Midnightm3nace 6 Sep, 2014 @ 11:50pm
Awesome
