Perhaps unsubscribe and resubscribe? I recently tested it and it is indeed changing the soil condition as expected, about three times faster from vanilla.

@mantastic the mod changes nothing. wild or farm are the same vanillas. mod is active but ingame no changes.

1.1 balance change

Adjusted the soil change effect from 20% to 10%.

It was working just a little too well skipping soil levels. At this rate, it should now level up the soil one tier per change, rather than two. Still a little more than three times faster than the original rate of only 3%.

I know this is a nerf, but I think this is more balanced. If you prefer the old rate, I can spin that off into a different mod so you can pick and choose.
